Delete Your Susi Pizza Account

If you'd like to delete your Susi Pizza account and the personal data associated with it, you can request this at any time using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@susipizza.com from your registered email address, or include your registered phone number in the request. This helps us verify that the request is genuinely coming from the account holder. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we permanently delete your profile information, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Saved delivery addresses

What We Retain, and Why

Some information cannot be deleted immediately, even on request. Order history and transaction records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes — this is standard practice for food ordering and e-commerce businesses in India. Specifically, we retain order and transaction records for up to 1 year from the date of the transaction, in line with recordkeeping requirements under Indian tax and accounting law. After this period, these records are securely deleted as well.
